Get a furnishing plan

We start around three months before key handover, giving us time to agree the interior design and furniture plan with you. Whether you are buying in 7 Olas, Astra Homes or Higuerón Bay Residences, we plan around your apartment and how you intend to use it. We source and buy the agreed pieces, building a furniture package that suits your rooms and daily needs. Once access is available, we coordinate delivery, furniture assembly and installation. Our key holding service means we can receive deliveries and oversee the work while you are abroad. For a rental ready apartment, we also arrange linens, kitchenware and the everyday essentials so the setup goes beyond furniture.
