Furnishing a home at Nova Marina
For Nova Marina’s stated Q1 2026 handover, we would plan to start about three months before your confirmed key date. David Los and Isabell Nilsson can develop the interior design and furniture package around your two or three bedroom layout, with furniture sized to keep the kitchen, dining area and living room connected without crowding them. We source and buy everything, then coordinate delivery, assembly and installation. Key holding lets us manage access while you are abroad, including getting the terrace furnished without blocking the route outside or the views. If you intend to host guests, our rental ready setup includes linens and kitchenware, so the home is equipped beyond the main furniture.

- How would you furnish Nova Marina’s terraces, which range from 19 to 74 square metres?
- We would plan around your particular terrace rather than use the same outdoor set for every apartment. On a smaller terrace, that means choosing what you will use most, while a larger penthouse terrace may allow separate dining and sitting areas.
