Interior design and furnishing in Marbella

Qasalista’s David Los and Isabell Nilsson can design and furnish your new apartment in Marbella, whether you plan to live there, rent it out or do both. We handle interior design and furnishing from our studio in Fuengirola, so you can get your home ready without managing every detail from abroad.

Get a furnishing plan

We start around three months before key handover, with a conversation about how you will use your Marbella apartment and what you need in each room. We then create an interior design and furniture plan, shaping a furniture package around your home rather than asking you to choose a fixed set. If you are buying in ALOHA FOREST, Aruna or Isla Bela, we can begin planning with your floor plans before you receive the keys. We source and buy the agreed items, then coordinate delivery, furniture assembly and installation once access is available. Our key holding service lets us receive deliveries and oversee the setup while you are abroad. For a rental ready apartment, we also organise linens, kitchenware and the everyday essentials your guests will need.

Questions owners ask us

When should I arrange furnishing for my new apartment in Marbella?
Contact us around three months before your expected key handover. This gives us time to agree the design, plan the furniture and organise purchasing before delivery and installation.
Can you furnish my Marbella apartment while I am abroad?
Yes. We agree the plan with you and handle sourcing, buying, delivery, assembly and installation, with key holding so you do not need to attend each delivery.
Can a furniture package suit both personal stays and rentals?
Yes. We plan around how you want to use the apartment, balancing your taste with practical furniture and everyday essentials for guests.
What do you include when preparing a rental ready apartment?
Alongside the furniture and installation, we can organise linens, kitchenware and other essentials agreed in your plan. The aim is to have the apartment furnished and equipped, rather than leaving you with a shopping list after handover.
