Furnishing a home at Breeze
We would start around three months before your confirmed handover date, planning the interior and furniture package for your two or three bedroom home. The open kitchen and living area needs a coordinated layout, with furniture positioned to keep circulation clear and make the most of any sea views. We plan terrace furniture around your actual outdoor space and its afternoon and evening sun, then handle sourcing and buying. Our team coordinates delivery, assembly and installation, with key holding while you are abroad. If you intend to let your Breeze apartment, we also provide a rental ready setup, including linens and kitchenware.
Questions owners ask us
- How would you furnish Breeze’s west facing terrace?
- We would work from your terrace dimensions and decide how you want to divide the space between dining and relaxing. With afternoon and evening sun, we would consider suitable outdoor materials and shade options, subject to the building’s rules.
- Can you plan furniture for a Breeze duplex with bedrooms on separate floors?
- Yes. We would plan each bedroom around who will use it, while keeping the rooms consistent with the rest of the home. We would also check access between floors before ordering larger pieces and arranging installation.
- What needs to happen before Breeze’s Q3 2026 handover?
- Around three months before your confirmed key date, we would begin the design, furniture plan and sourcing. Delivery and installation would be coordinated around access after handover, followed by linens and kitchenware if you want the apartment ready for guests.
