Get a furnishing plan

We start around three months before key handover, planning how you will use your apartment and what you need in each room. For owners buying in buildings such as One Oak, Kool Homes or BASTION 11, we base the design and furniture plan on your apartment’s layout and your priorities. Whether you want a complete furniture package or help choosing individual pieces, we handle sourcing and buying so you do not have to coordinate suppliers from abroad. We arrange delivery around access to your home, followed by furniture assembly and installation. Our key holding service lets us receive deliveries and oversee the work while you are away. If you want a rental ready apartment, we also organise linens, kitchenware and the everyday essentials your guests will need.

Questions owners ask us

When should I start planning the furnishing of my new apartment in Torremolinos?
Get in touch around three months before your expected key handover. That gives us time to agree the design, prepare a furniture plan and organise sourcing before access is available.
Can you furnish my apartment if I am not in Spain?
Yes. We agree the plan with you remotely, then handle purchasing, delivery, assembly and installation. With key holding, we can manage access while you are abroad.
Can you prepare my Torremolinos apartment for rental guests?
Yes, we can furnish and equip it with furniture, linens, kitchenware and everyday essentials. If you will also stay there yourself, we plan for both your own visits and guest use.
Can you help if my apartment is already key ready?
Yes, you can contact us once you have the keys too. We will agree the furniture plan and schedule deliveries and installation around access and item availability.
