We start with an interior design and furniture plan suited to your layout, choosing pieces that leave comfortable routes through the rooms and out to the terrace. Your furniture package can include outdoor seating for a private garden or penthouse solarium, depending on your home. We handle sourcing and buying, delivery, assembly and installation, so you do not have to coordinate separate suppliers. Key holding lets us receive deliveries and oversee the work while you are abroad. If you plan to let your Torremolinos apartment, we also arrange a rental ready setup with linens for each bedroom and kitchenware ready for guests.

- We position seating to enjoy your home's outlook without blocking the large windows or access to the terrace. For the south facing rooms, we can also plan window coverings to help manage sunlight.
