About these terms
The Qasalista website is built and operated by Techtailor AB, Sweden. The interior design service is provided by the company named in your signed engagement letter. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean that company.
Your quote and approvals
Each package is a quote we prepare for you. We only buy after you approve the full list and budget. Once goods are paid for, they belong to you. We hold them in our Fuengirola studio and warehouse until handover.
Service fee
Our service fee covers curation, ordering, storage, defect handling, returns, install, staging, and cleaning. It is quoted before the project starts and never changes mid-project unless you change the scope.
Care of your goods, defects and returns
For defects covered by the retailer, we handle the return on your behalf and replace the item. Items damaged in our care, we replace at our cost.
Your engagement letter
Your project's Service Provider, pricing and schedule are confirmed in the engagement letter you sign before work begins. Where these terms and the letter differ, the letter governs.
