Get a furnishing plan

We start around three months before key handover, putting together an interior design and furniture plan around how you will use your Casares apartment. Whether you are buying in Abril Doña Julia, Bliss Homes or Casares Bay, we work with your floor plan and agree the choices with you before buying. Your furniture package is planned for your home, with sourcing and purchasing handled by us. Once access is confirmed, we coordinate delivery, furniture assembly and installation so you do not need to travel for each arrival. Our key holding service lets us receive deliveries and oversee the work while you are abroad. If you want a rental ready apartment, we also arrange linens, kitchenware and the everyday essentials needed before guests arrive.
