Furnishing a home at Camarate Hills FASE II
We would start around three months before your confirmed handover, working through the layout of your two or three bedroom home with you. The interior design and furniture package would account for the 86 to 108 square metre layouts, keeping routes to the garden or terrace clear and seating positioned to enjoy the sea views. David Los and Isabell Nilsson would handle sourcing and buying, followed by delivery, assembly and installation. Our key holding service lets us manage access while you are abroad, so you do not need to travel for each delivery. If you plan to let the apartment, we can complete the rental ready setup with linens for each bedroom and kitchenware ready for guests.

- How would you furnish a ground floor garden differently from an upper floor terrace?
- We would plan around your particular outdoor space rather than use the same set everywhere. With upper floor terraces ranging from 8 to 97 square metres, the furniture needs to fit the usable area, while a garden layout needs to keep access from the apartment clear.
- Can you arrange the living room without blocking the sea views?
- Yes. We would use your floor plan to position seating and taller pieces carefully, keeping the view and the route outdoors in mind rather than simply filling the available wall space.
- Can my two or three bedroom apartment be ready for rentals after the Q3 2027 handover?
- We would aim to have the design and purchasing organised before handover, starting around three months before the confirmed date. Once access is available, we can coordinate installation and equip the bedrooms, two bathrooms and kitchen for guests, with completion depending on access and delivery schedules.
