We would start planning about three months before your confirmed handover date in Q1 2028, so the furniture choices and purchasing are under way before you get the keys. Your furniture package would suit your two or three bedroom layout, with an interior design plan that keeps routes through the rooms clear and makes space to enjoy the views. With terraces ranging from 36 to 233 square metres, we would choose outdoor seating and dining furniture for your actual space rather than use the same set for every home. We handle sourcing and buying, delivery, assembly and installation, with key holding so you do not need to travel for each visit. If you plan to let your apartment, we can also complete the rental ready setup, including linens and kitchenware.
