We would start about three months before your confirmed handover, developing an interior design and furniture plan around your one or two bedroom layout. Your furniture package would include pieces chosen to fit the rooms, keep sea views clear and make the 59 square metre terrace useful for everyday living. We handle sourcing and buying, then coordinate delivery, assembly and installation once access is available. With key holding, you can leave us to receive deliveries and oversee the setup while you are abroad. If you plan to let your Torremolinos home, our rental ready setup covers linens and kitchenware as well as furniture.
