Furnishing a home at One Oak
We would start planning about three months before your confirmed handover date in Q1 2027. For One Oak’s three and four bedroom homes, we develop an interior design and furniture package around who will use each room, rather than furnishing every bedroom the same way. We plan terrace furniture to suit your particular outdoor space and arrange the living area so furniture does not obstruct the sea views. Qasalista handles sourcing and buying, delivery, assembly and installation, with key holding while you are abroad. If you intend to let the apartment, our rental ready setup includes linens and kitchenware, with supplies planned for the bedrooms and two bathrooms.

- How would you furnish my One Oak terrace?
- With terraces ranging from 13 to 99 square metres, we would work from your own floor plan rather than assume a standard outdoor set will fit. We can prioritise dining, lounging or a mix of both, keeping access between indoors and outdoors clear.
- How should I use the extra bedrooms in a three or four bedroom home?
- That depends on whether One Oak will be mainly your home, a rental or both. We plan beds, storage and any workspace around your intended use, so spare rooms have a clear purpose.
- Can the furnishing be planned ahead of One Oak’s Q1 2027 handover?
