About The Grove
If you are buying or already own a home at The Grove in Marbella, the next step is getting it designed, furnished and ready for your use. We plan around your particular layout, with homes ranging from one to three bedrooms, rather than fitting the same furniture into every apartment.
Furnishing a home at The Grove
At The Grove, we build your furniture package around your floor plan, keeping furniture in proportion whether your home is 53 or 151 square metres. Our interior design and furniture plan take account of the large windows and the soft stone and wood palette, so your furnishings work with the existing finishes. We handle sourcing and buying, delivery, assembly and installation, with key holding while you are abroad. If you intend to welcome guests, our rental ready setup includes linens and kitchenware, with quantities planned around the bedrooms and intended occupancy. We usually start about three months before key handover, giving us time to agree the plan and coordinate the purchases.
Questions owners ask us
- How would you furnish one of The Grove's smaller, 53 square metre homes?
- We start with the floor plan and check furniture dimensions before buying. The aim is to fit the seating, dining and storage you need without making movement through the apartment awkward.
- Can the furniture work with The Grove's stone and wood palette?
- Yes. We use the existing finishes as the starting point for fabrics, colours and furniture, and plan placement so the large windows remain unobstructed.
- How would you set up a three bedroom home at The Grove for both our stays and rentals?
- We agree how each bedroom needs to work for your household and guests before choosing beds and storage. We then organise linens, kitchenware and the rest of the rental ready setup around the intended number of occupants.
