If you are preparing for the keys to your home at ORIGIN in Marbella, now is the time to plan how it will be designed, furnished and made ready for you or your guests. With handover expected in Q2 2027, we can organise the interiors and terrace together so both work for the way you intend to use the home.
Furnishing a home at ORIGIN
We would start around three months before your confirmed handover, planning your two or three bedroom home around its layout, natural light and sea views. Your furniture package would bring together indoor pieces and terrace seating, with sizes checked against your own floor plan. We handle interior design, sourcing and buying, followed by delivery, assembly and installation once access is available. Our key holding service lets us coordinate that work while you are abroad. If you intend to rent out your ORIGIN apartment, we also arrange the rental ready setup, including linens for each bedroom and kitchenware for everyday stays.
Questions owners ask us
- How would you furnish ORIGIN’s large terrace alongside the living area?
- We plan the two spaces together, choosing furniture that leaves clear routes between indoors and outdoors. The arrangement would reflect your terrace’s dimensions and whether it receives morning or afternoon sun.
- Can you plan the furniture without blocking the sea views?
- Yes. We use your floor plan and the position of the windows to guide seating, furniture heights and placement, keeping the outlook in mind rather than filling every available space.
- With ORIGIN’s handover expected in Q2 2027, when would furnishing work begin?
- We would begin design, furniture planning and purchasing around three months before your confirmed key handover. Delivery and installation would follow once access is available, with the schedule adjusted if the handover changes.
