Furnishing a home at Higueron North Residences - Apartments
We would build your furniture package around how you want to use both the 115 square metre interior and the much larger terrace. Outside, we would plan seating and dining around the shaded canopy, private pool and jacuzzi, keeping routes between them clear. Inside, the furniture plan would account for the open living area and the sliding door between the bedrooms, so the layout works with it open or closed. We handle interior design, sourcing and buying, delivery, assembly and installation, with key holding while you are abroad. If you intend to rent the apartment out, we can include a rental ready setup with linens and kitchenware. We normally start planning about three months before key handover, once your timing is confirmed.

- We would divide it into useful areas for dining, lounging and time by the pool, rather than fill every corner. The canopy gives the dining area a natural place, with the remaining furniture arranged around your routines and clear access to the pool and jacuzzi.
- Can the bedroom furniture work with the sliding partition open or closed?
- Yes. We would plan bed positions, storage and lighting with both arrangements in mind, keeping the sliding door clear and making each bedroom usable when it is closed.
- How can we make the most of the mountain views from the living area?
- We would use the views and the south east glazing to guide seating positions, avoiding bulky pieces in front of the glass. The indoor and terrace layouts would be planned together so furniture outside does not unnecessarily interrupt the outlook.
