We would start planning around three months before your confirmed handover date in Q4 2027, working through the layout and how you intend to use the house. Your furniture package would cover the three bedrooms and living areas, with terrace furniture planned around the outdoor space of your particular home. We would consider the sea views when positioning seating and keep the route from the entry level living area to the terrace clear. Qasalista handles interior design, sourcing and buying, delivery, assembly and installation, with key holding while you are abroad. If you intend to welcome rental guests, we can also complete the rental ready setup, including linens for the bedrooms and bathrooms and kitchenware.

- Yes. We would agree the bed layouts and storage around your family and intended guest use, then source furniture and linens for all three bedrooms. The rental ready setup can also include towels for the three bathrooms and the kitchenware guests will need.
