In a penthouse, we can plan the 57 square metre terrace alongside the interior, placing seating to make use of the sea views. We handle interior design, sourcing and buying, followed by delivery, assembly and installation once access is available. With handover planned for Q3 2026, we would start about three months before your confirmed key date. Key holding lets us coordinate the work while you are abroad, and our rental ready setup includes linens and kitchenware if you intend to welcome guests.
