For the expected Q4 2027 handover, we would start about three months before your confirmed key date, working through the interior design, furniture plan, sourcing and buying. We then coordinate delivery, assembly and installation, with key holding while you are abroad and, if you intend to let the apartment, a rental ready setup down to linens and kitchenware.
