Furnishing a home at The Kove
We would start planning around three months before your confirmed handover date in Q3 2028, so the interior design and furniture package are agreed before you receive the keys. For the two and three bedroom homes, we plan furniture around your actual floor plan and how you intend to use each room. With terraces ranging from 13 to 154 square metres, we choose outdoor furniture to suit your space rather than repeat the same arrangement in every home. We handle sourcing and buying, delivery, assembly and installation, with key holding while you are abroad. If you intend to let your home, our rental ready setup includes linens and kitchenware as well as the main furniture.

- The terraces range from 13 to 154 square metres, so we work from the dimensions of your particular home. We plan seating, dining and clear routes between indoors and outdoors according to the space available and how you want to use it.
- Can you plan the living room around the sea views?
- Yes. We use your floor plan to position seating and choose furniture heights that keep the outlook in mind, while making the room practical for everyday use.
- Can my home be furnished in time for the Q3 2028 handover?
