With living and sleeping areas on separate floors, plus a private garden and terrace, your furniture plan needs to work both indoors and out.
Furnishing a home at Soleia Living FASE II
We plan your furniture package around your three or four bedrooms, how you will use them and the layout across multiple floors. For the terrace and garden, we check your individual plans before sourcing and buying outdoor furniture, as garden sizes vary. We handle delivery, assembly and installation, with key holding so work can continue while you are abroad. If you intend to let your townhouse, our rental ready setup includes linens for the bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus kitchenware to complete the fitted kitchen. We normally start about three months before key handover, giving us time to agree the design and organise the furnishing.

- How do you choose furniture for my terrace and private garden?
- Garden sizes vary at Soleia Living FASE II, so we work from your home's plans rather than assume the same outdoor furniture will suit every townhouse. We plan seating and dining around the available space and how you want to use it.
- Can you plan one of my three or four bedrooms for more than sleeping?
- Yes. We can plan the room around guests, everyday use or a combination of both, depending on whether this will be your main home, a holiday base or a rental.
- With a fitted kitchen and appliances already included, what is left to prepare for rentals?
- We source the kitchenware needed for everyday stays, alongside the furniture and linens for the bedrooms and two bathrooms. Delivery, assembly and installation are part of the setup, so you do not have to organise each stage yourself.
