Furnishing a home at Alexandra's Dream
David Los and Isabell Nilsson would begin planning about three months before your confirmed handover date in Q4 2027. We build your furniture package around your particular layout, as the homes range from 198 to 381 square metres and need different furniture proportions. The interior design and furniture plan cover all three bedrooms, clear routes through the open living area and outdoor furniture suited to your terrace, with a separate plan for a rooftop solarium if your home has one. We handle sourcing and buying, delivery, assembly and installation, with key holding while you are abroad. If you intend to let the house, we also take care of the rental ready setup, including linens for the bedrooms and bathrooms and kitchenware for guests.

- With terraces ranging from 65 to 122 square metres, we plan dining and seating around your actual outdoor layout rather than choose a standard set. For a rooftop solarium, we position furniture to make use of the sea or hill outlook without filling every available space.
- Can you prepare the furnishing plan before the Q4 2027 handover?
- Yes. We would start about three months before your confirmed key handover, agreeing the layout, furniture choices and purchases ahead of access. Delivery and installation are then coordinated around the actual handover.
- How should I arrange the three bedrooms if I want both family stays and rentals?
- We agree the bed arrangements around who will use the house, rather than assume every bedroom needs the same setup. The plan includes storage and bedside furniture, with linens, bathroom essentials and kitchenware added for rental use.
