Furnishing a home at Laguna One
We plan your furniture package around your apartment’s 53 to 66 square metres and its actual bedroom arrangement, keeping clear routes through the open living space. Terraces range from 7 to 111 square metres, so we check yours before planning anything from a small outdoor seating area to separate dining and lounging spaces. Qasalista handles interior design, sourcing and buying, followed by delivery, assembly and installation. Our key holding service lets us manage access while you are abroad. If you plan to let your Laguna One home, we also handle the rental ready setup, including linens and kitchenware. We usually start about three months before key handover, once your timing is clear.
