We would start planning about three months before your confirmed handover date in Q2 2027, with an interior design and furniture plan for your particular layout. Your furniture package would account for whether you keep three bedrooms or choose the larger suite arrangement, with storage and beds selected accordingly. We would also plan the terrace around its actual dimensions and position indoor furniture to keep upper floor views open where applicable. Qasalista handles sourcing and buying, delivery, assembly and installation, with key holding while you are abroad. If you intend to let the apartment, we can complete the rental ready setup with linens and kitchenware.
