Furnishing a home at Biznaga
We would start planning around three months before your confirmed handover date in Q3 2026. Qasalista handles the interior design and puts together a furniture package suited to your apartment’s layout, then sources and buys the agreed pieces. With homes ranging from 80 to 99 square metres built, we plan both bedrooms and the living space around usable room dimensions rather than floor area alone. For the terrace, which can range from 14 to 46 square metres, we choose furniture to suit its size, orientation and how you want to use it. We coordinate delivery, assembly and installation, with key holding so you do not need to be in Las Lagunas for each visit. If you plan to let your home, our rental ready setup includes linens and kitchenware.
