If you have bought a home at The Privilege in Estepona, the next step is getting it designed, furnished and ready for your own stays or guests. We plan around your particular layout and outdoor space, whether that is a compact terrace, a private garden or a rooftop solarium.
Furnishing a home at The Privilege
We build your furniture package around your two or three bedroom layout, choosing pieces that fit the rooms rather than filling them. Our interior design and furniture plan considers how you will use the terrace and keeps any sea views clear where your floor and orientation allow them. We handle sourcing and buying, delivery, assembly and installation, with key holding so you do not need to be there for each visit. If you intend to let the apartment, our rental ready setup includes linens for the bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus kitchenware. We would normally start about three months before your key handover, once your timing is confirmed.

- How would you furnish a smaller terrace compared with one of the larger outdoor spaces at The Privilege?
- With terraces ranging from 14 to 112 square metres, the furniture plan needs to match your actual space. We would prioritise the seating or dining you will use most on a compact terrace, while a larger one can have separate areas without blocking movement.
- Can the furniture layout make the most of my apartment's sea views?
- Yes, where your apartment has sea views, we can position seating to enjoy them and avoid placing tall furniture in the sightlines. Views vary by floor and orientation, so we plan for your home rather than assume every apartment has the same outlook.
- Can you prepare a three bedroom apartment with two bathrooms for rental use?
- We can furnish all three bedrooms and prepare both bathrooms, with linens and kitchenware included in the rental ready setup. We agree the room uses with you first, especially if the apartment will also be your own holiday home.
