For your 118 square metre home, we build an interior design and furniture plan that gives the living and dining areas enough room without crowding the route to the terrace. The furniture package includes sourcing and buying for all three bedrooms, with outdoor pieces chosen for how you want to use the 43 square metre terrace and its morning sun. We manage delivery, assembly and installation, with key holding while you are abroad so you do not need to attend each visit. If you intend to let the apartment, our rental ready setup covers linens, kitchenware and the everyday essentials for guests. With handover listed as Q3 2025, our usual planning start would be around three months before your confirmed key date.
