We would start around three months before your confirmed handover date in Q3 2028, developing the interior design and a furniture package for your particular home. With layouts ranging from 51 to 124 square metres, we would choose furniture that leaves comfortable routes through each room and out to the terrace. The full height glass and pool or garden outlook would guide the positioning of seating, while the terrace plan would make room for how you want to eat or relax outside. We handle sourcing and buying, delivery, assembly and installation, with key holding so you do not need to be in Estepona for each visit. If you intend to welcome guests, our rental ready setup includes linens and kitchenware as well as the main furniture.
