We would start around three months before your confirmed key handover, creating an interior design and furniture plan for your two or three bedroom home. Your furniture package would suit the open plan layout, keeping routes to the terrace clear and the golf course views in mind. We source and buy the furniture, then coordinate delivery, assembly and installation once access is available. Terrace furniture is planned around your particular outdoor space, rather than treating every apartment alike. With key holding while you are abroad, we can oversee the work and complete a rental ready setup, including linens and kitchenware for the bedrooms, two bathrooms and fitted kitchen.
