If you have bought at Solana Village Phase 3 in La Cala Golf, the next step is getting your home designed, furnished and ready to use. We plan the open living space and terrace together, keeping the outlook towards the golf course in mind.
Furnishing a home at SOLANA VILLAGE - FASE 3
We build your furniture package around your two or three bedroom layout, choosing pieces that leave comfortable routes through the living area to the terrace. For the east or south facing outdoor space, we plan seating around how you want to eat, relax and enjoy the view. Qasalista handles interior design, sourcing and buying, followed by delivery, assembly and installation. Our key holding service lets us coordinate access while you are abroad. If you intend to let your home, we also provide a rental ready setup, including linens for the bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus kitchenware for the fitted kitchen. We would normally start planning about three months before your key handover.

- How do we furnish the living room without blocking the golf course view?
- We plan furniture positions and heights around the floor to ceiling glass, keeping sightlines open and leaving a clear route onto the terrace. The indoor and outdoor seating can then work as one space without crowding either area.
- Can you plan furniture for a ground floor garden as well as the terrace?
- Yes. For a ground floor home at Solana Village Phase 3, we can include both areas in the furniture plan, with space to sit and eat while keeping garden access clear.
- What does a rental ready setup include for a two or three bedroom home here?
- We furnish each bedroom for your intended sleeping arrangement and prepare the two bathrooms with the agreed linens. We also source kitchenware for the fitted kitchen, then handle delivery, assembly and installation so the home is ready for guests.
