What we would do here.
You already own the apartment. Our job starts after that: a room-by-room package, every item chosen for your unit, approved by you online, ordered, received and checked at our studio in Fuengirola, then delivered, assembled and styled in La Alcaidesa so the home is guest-ready and home-ready the day you walk in.
- Furniture, lighting, kitchen kit, linen, towels, and the small things nobody remembers.
- Deliveries handled at our studio, not at your door, so nothing waits on the pavement.
- Every box opened, every item checked for damage before it reaches your apartment.
- Installation, styling, and a full clean, so the first photo you take is the finished room.
About Serenity Frontline Golf Homes and Beach Club - PHASE III
If you are buying or already own a home at Serenity Frontline Golf Homes and Beach Club, Phase III in La Alcaidesa, the next step is getting it designed, furnished and ready to use. We plan around your two or three bedroom layout and the living area opening onto the Mediterranean facing terrace, whether you will stay yourself, welcome rental guests or do both.
Furnishing a home at Serenity Frontline Golf Homes and Beach Club - PHASE III
We build your furniture package around how you will use the home, choosing pieces that fit the more generous two bedroom layout or leave enough room to move in the compact three bedroom plan. The interior design and furniture plan connect the living area with the terrace, keeping the route outside clear and the sea views in mind. We handle sourcing and buying, delivery, assembly and installation, with key holding so you do not need to travel for each visit. For a rental ready setup, we equip the separate kitchen with kitchenware and provide linens for the bedrooms and two bathrooms. We normally start about three months before key handover, giving us time to plan the rooms and organise orders.
Questions owners ask us
- How would you furnish the compact third bedroom in my Phase III home?
- Because the three bedroom layout uses a study or flex space as an extra bedroom, we would check the room dimensions before choosing beds and storage. The priority is a useful sleeping space without furniture blocking access or making the room difficult to use.
- Can you plan the terrace furniture without interrupting the Mediterranean views?
- We would consider the view from inside as well as seating outside, choosing furniture positions that keep the outlook and terrace access clear. We would also take the blustery conditions described for La Alcaidesa into account when sourcing outdoor pieces.
- What needs setting up in the separate kitchen and two bathrooms before rental guests arrive?
- We can source and install kitchenware, towels and everyday essentials alongside the main furniture. We plan quantities around your two or three bedroom home so the setup matches the number of guests you intend to host.
