About ATRIA - PHASE 1
With your home at Atria Phase 1 in La Alcaidesa due for handover in Q1 2028, you can plan the furnishing before you collect the keys. The main task is to make the indoor rooms and generous terrace work together, whether you will be living there, letting it or sharing it between both uses.
Furnishing a home at ATRIA - PHASE 1
We would start around three months before your confirmed handover date, developing an interior design and furniture plan for your particular two or three bedroom layout. Your furniture package would cover the rooms you need, with seating positioned to enjoy the sea views without blocking movement through the living space. Terraces range from 24 to 136 square metres, so we would plan outdoor furniture around how you will actually use yours rather than simply fill the space. We handle sourcing and buying, delivery, assembly and installation, with key holding so you do not have to travel for each visit. If you intend to let the apartment, we also organise a rental ready setup, including linens for the bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus kitchenware.
Questions owners ask us
- How should I furnish one of Atria Phase 1's larger terraces?
- We would divide the terrace into useful areas, such as dining and lounging, while keeping clear routes back indoors. The furniture plan would reflect your terrace's actual dimensions and how many people you expect to use it.
- Can the third bedroom work for our own stays as well as rental guests?
- Yes, we can plan it around both uses rather than assume every bedroom needs the same arrangement. We would agree the sleeping requirements and storage first, then source furniture that supports those choices.
- What can be organised before the Q1 2028 handover?
- We can develop the design, agree the furniture selection and coordinate purchasing around three months before your confirmed key date. Delivery and installation would then be arranged once access is available, followed by the finishing setup.
