We plan your furniture package around your own layout, with room sizes across the development ranging from 99 to 148 square metres. In a two or three bedroom home, we work out how each bedroom needs to serve you, visiting family or rental guests before sourcing and buying the furniture. The terrace is part of that plan, with outdoor seating considered alongside the indoor layout and views. Qasalista handles delivery, assembly and installation, with key holding so you do not need to travel for each appointment. For a rental ready setup, we also organise linens and kitchenware to complement the fitted kitchen and appliances.
Questions owners ask us
- How would you furnish my terrace without blocking the sea view?
- We would check the terrace dimensions and sightlines from inside before choosing seating and tables. The aim is to make it useful while keeping the outlook clear from the main living area.
- Can a three bedroom home work for both family visits and rental guests?
- Yes. We would agree the sleeping arrangements around your family and intended rental use, then plan beds, storage and linens for each room rather than simply repeating the same furniture throughout.
- With the kitchen already equipped, what still needs doing before guests arrive?
- The fitted kitchen and appliances are only part of the setup. We can source and put away crockery, cutlery, cookware and other kitchenware, as well as prepare the bedrooms and bathrooms with linens and towels.
