Furnishing a home at ERA Residence
We would start about three months before your confirmed handover date, planning the interior and putting together a furniture package around your particular layout. With homes ranging from 60 to 134 square metres, furniture sizes and clear routes through each room need careful thought, while seating can be arranged to make use of the sea views where your home has them. Terraces range from 23 to 151 square metres, so we plan outdoor dining and seating to suit the space rather than treating every terrace alike. We handle sourcing and buying, delivery, assembly and installation, with key holding while you are abroad. If you intend to let your home, we also provide a rental ready setup, including linens and kitchenware for your two or three bedroom apartment.
