We would start around three months before your confirmed handover date, planning the open plan living area, three bedrooms and terrace together. Your furniture package would balance compact bedroom layouts with outdoor dining and lounging space on the 59 to 86 square metre terrace. We handle interior design, the furniture plan, sourcing and buying, followed by delivery, assembly and installation. Our key holding service lets us coordinate access while you are abroad. If you plan to let the apartment, we can complete the rental ready setup with linens for all three bedrooms, bathroom essentials and kitchenware.

- We would plan distinct areas for dining and relaxing, keeping clear routes between the terrace and living area. The furniture layout would follow your particular terrace dimensions and how you intend to use it, rather than simply filling the space.
