If you are preparing for the keys to your home at Royal Park Residence Phase 1 on the New Golden Mile, now is the time to think about how it should work for you once furnished. With handover expected in Q3 2027, we can plan the interiors and outdoor spaces together, whether you will live there, rent it out or do both.
Furnishing a home at Royal Park Residence - PHASE 1
We would start around three months before your confirmed handover, building an interior design and furniture plan around your particular three or four bedroom layout. Your furniture package would account for the room sizes and keep the sea views in mind when positioning seating and taller pieces. With terraces ranging from 29 to 229 square metres, we would plan outdoor furniture for the space you actually have, including a private garden or roof terrace where applicable. We handle sourcing and buying, delivery, assembly and installation, with key holding while you are abroad. If you intend to let the apartment, we can complete the rental ready setup with linens and kitchenware for the bedrooms and bathrooms in your home.
