About Valley Views - FASE 2
If you have bought at Valley Views Phase 2 in Mijas, the next job is to get your home designed, furnished and ready for the planned Q1 2027 handover. We plan the furniture around your layout, terrace access and views, whether you intend to live there, rent it out or do both.
Furnishing a home at Valley Views - FASE 2
We would start about three months before your confirmed handover, using your floor plan to put together the interior design and furniture package. With two or three bedrooms and full height patio doors, furniture needs to leave clear routes to the terrace without relying on wall space that is not there. We source and buy the pieces for indoors and outside, taking account of the fitted kitchen and wardrobes already included. Qasalista handles delivery, assembly and installation, with key holding so you do not need to be in Mijas to receive orders. If you plan to let the apartment, we also handle the rental ready setup, including linens for the bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus kitchenware.
Questions owners ask us
- How would you furnish my terrace at Valley Views Phase 2?
- With terraces ranging from 19 to 77 square metres, we would work from your specific plan rather than assume a standard outdoor set will fit. We can plan dining or lounging space around the patio doors, leaving room to move between indoors and outside.
- Can my apartment be furnished for the Q1 2027 handover?
- We would begin design, planning and sourcing about three months before your confirmed key date. Delivery and installation would follow once access is available, with the setup schedule agreed around the actual handover.
- What needs to be added to make my two or three bedroom apartment rental ready?
- The fitted kitchen and wardrobes are already included, so we plan the remaining furniture around your bedroom layout and intended guest numbers. We then organise installation and the practical setup, from bed linen and towels for the two bathrooms to kitchenware.
