What we would do here.

You already own the apartment. Our job starts after that: a room-by-room package, every item chosen for your unit, approved by you online, ordered, received and checked at our studio in Fuengirola, then delivered, assembled and styled in Mijas so the home is guest-ready and home-ready the day you walk in.

  • Furniture, lighting, kitchen kit, linen, towels, and the small things nobody remembers.
  • Deliveries handled at our studio, not at your door, so nothing waits on the pavement.
  • Every box opened, every item checked for damage before it reaches your apartment.
  • Installation, styling, and a full clean, so the first photo you take is the finished room.

About Valley Views - FASE 1

If you have bought at Valley Views FASE 1 in Mijas, the next step is getting your home designed, furnished and ready for use. For your two bedroom apartment, that means making the living space work comfortably while keeping the route to the terrace clear.

Furnishing a home at Valley Views - FASE 1

We plan your furniture package around the 75 to 81 square metre layout, with room to move in both bedrooms and the shared living space. The wide terrace and full height glazing guide furniture placement, so seating works with the light and leaves views open where your apartment has them. We handle interior design, sourcing and buying, followed by delivery, assembly and installation. Key holding lets us coordinate access while you are abroad, without you needing to travel for each delivery. If you intend to let the apartment, we can complete the rental ready setup with linens for both bedrooms and bathrooms, plus kitchenware to complement the fitted appliances. We usually start about three months before key handover.

Questions owners ask us

How would you furnish the terrace without blocking access from the living room?
We would plan the indoor and outdoor furniture together, checking the door openings and walking routes before buying. That helps the terrace feel connected to the living space without crowding the glazing.
Can the furniture layout make the most of my Valley Views outlook?
Most apartments have views across the valley towards the sea and mountains, so we would check the outlook from your particular home. Seating positions and furniture heights can then be chosen to keep those sightlines open.
What would you include to get my two bedroom, two bathroom apartment ready for guests?
Alongside the main furniture, we can organise bedding, linens for both bathrooms and everyday kitchenware. The kitchen already comes with appliances, so the setup focuses on what guests need to use the apartment comfortably.
