Furnishing a home at Solenne
David Los and Isabell Nilsson would start planning around three months before your confirmed handover date in Q2 2028. We build your furniture package around your two or three bedroom layout, with pieces sized to suit the rooms and leave clear views through the full height glazing. Your terrace needs its own plan, balancing outdoor dining and seating with space to move comfortably. We handle interior design, sourcing and buying, delivery, assembly and installation, with key holding so work can continue while you are abroad. If you plan to let your Solenne home, we also take care of the rental ready setup, including linens and kitchenware.

- How should I furnish Solenne’s large outdoor space?
- With outdoor spaces ranging from 35 to 136 square metres, we would plan around your specific terrace rather than use the same set everywhere. Dining and seating can be arranged to suit how you intend to use it, while keeping access from the interior clear.

- Yes. We plan furniture heights and positions around the full height glazing, so larger pieces do not unnecessarily block the outlook and seating makes use of the views.
