We would start around three months before your confirmed handover date, developing an interior design and furniture plan for your penthouse. Your furniture package would suit the actual layout, with space for everyday storage across the three bedrooms and furniture positioned to keep sea views open where you have them. Terraces range from 29 to 154 square metres, so we would plan around your particular outdoor space, including the rooftop solarium if your home has one. We handle sourcing and buying, delivery, assembly and installation, with key holding while you are abroad. If you intend to let the apartment, we can complete the rental ready setup with linens for the bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus kitchenware.
Questions owners ask us
- How would you furnish my terrace if it includes a rooftop solarium?
- We would base the plan on your terrace dimensions and how you want to use it. A smaller terrace may need one clear dining or sitting area, while a larger terrace with a solarium allows separate places to eat and relax.
- Can you plan the living room without blocking the sea view?
- Yes. If your penthouse has a sea view, we would consider furniture height and placement as part of the layout, keeping sightlines open rather than filling every available space.
- How do we prepare for the Q1 2027 handover?
- We would begin the design and furniture planning around three months before your confirmed key date. Sourcing and buying can then be coordinated with delivery, assembly and installation once access is available.
