We plan your furniture package around your particular layout, as the homes range from 109 to 133 square metres built, rather than assuming the same pieces will fit every penthouse. Interior design covers the three bedrooms, shared living space and roof terrace, with furniture positioned to keep circulation clear and enjoy the views. We handle sourcing and buying, delivery, assembly and installation, with key holding so you do not need to be in La Cala de Mijas to receive everything. If you intend to let the apartment, we also arrange a rental ready setup, including linens for all three bedrooms, towels for the two bathrooms and kitchenware. We normally begin about three months before key handover, once your timing is confirmed.

- Can you furnish the private roof terrace without blocking the sea views?
- Yes. We plan seating and tables around how you want to use the terrace, keeping the outlook in mind when choosing furniture heights and positions.
- Will the same furniture package fit both the 109 and 133 square metre layouts?
- We would not assume so. We work from your home's dimensions to choose furniture that fits each room, leaving practical space to move around beds, seating and dining furniture.
- Can you prepare all three bedrooms and both bathrooms for rental guests?
- Yes. Alongside the furniture, we can organise bedroom linens, bathroom towels and kitchenware so the apartment is ready for guests. The bedroom plan can also reflect how you will use the home during your own stays.
