Furnishing a home at RESIDENCIAL COTO HOMES
We would start around three months before your confirmed key handover, with interior design and a furniture plan suited to your one, two or three bedroom home. Your furniture package would include pieces chosen for the room proportions, with terrace furniture scaled to the 10 to 20 square metres outside. We would also take your orientation into account, keeping views towards the coast clear where you have them and choosing colours and lighting to suit the available daylight. Qasalista handles sourcing and buying, delivery, assembly and installation, with key holding while you are abroad. If you plan to let the apartment, we can complete the rental ready setup down to linens and kitchenware.

- We would check your terrace dimensions and access before deciding what fits comfortably. The plan might combine both uses or prioritise one, leaving enough room to move around and open the doors.

- Yes, the daylight would inform the colours, lighting and furniture placement. For a south west facing home with views towards the coast, we would also arrange seating to enjoy the outlook without blocking it.
- How would you plan furnishing around the Q3 2028 handover?
- We would begin about three months before your confirmed handover date, agreeing the design and organising sourcing and buying. Delivery and installation would be coordinated around access once the keys are available, followed by the finishing setup.
