What we would do here.
You already own the apartment. Our job starts after that: a room-by-room package, every item chosen for your unit, approved by you online, ordered, received and checked at our studio in Fuengirola, then delivered, assembled and styled in Altos de los Monteros so the home is guest-ready and home-ready the day you walk in.
- Furniture, lighting, kitchen kit, linen, towels, and the small things nobody remembers.
- Deliveries handled at our studio, not at your door, so nothing waits on the pavement.
- Every box opened, every item checked for damage before it reaches your apartment.
- Installation, styling, and a full clean, so the first photo you take is the finished room.
About Quintessence FASE I,II
If you have bought at Quintessence FASE I,II in Altos de los Monteros, the next job is getting your home designed, furnished and ready for your own stays, guests or both. We plan the rooms and terrace together, keeping the open layout and sea views in mind.
Furnishing a home at Quintessence FASE I,II
We start with interior design and a furniture plan suited to your two or three bedroom layout, leaving clear routes through the open living space and out to the terrace. Your furniture package can cover indoor and outdoor furniture, with sourcing and buying handled by Qasalista. We organise delivery, assembly and installation, and provide key holding so you do not need to be there for each visit. For a rental ready setup, we also arrange linens, kitchenware and the everyday essentials for both bathrooms. With handover listed as Q4 2025, our usual planning start would be around three months before your confirmed key date.
Questions owners ask us
- How would you furnish the larger ground floor terrace at Quintessence?
- We would plan separate places to eat and relax, based on your terrace dimensions and how you want to use it. The furniture layout would keep access to the garden clear and connect naturally with the indoor living space.
- Can the living room furniture make the most of the sea views?
- Yes. We would position seating around both everyday use and the outlook, keeping bulky pieces away from the floor to ceiling windows and leaving a clear route to the terrace.
- How would you set up a two or three bedroom apartment for personal stays and rentals?
- We would agree sleeping arrangements and storage for each bedroom before sourcing furniture, so the home works for your own visits as well as guests. The rental ready setup can include bed linen, towels for both bathrooms and kitchenware, rather than stopping at the main furniture.
