We would start planning around three months before your confirmed handover date in Q4 2028. With homes ranging from one to three bedrooms, we tailor the interior design and furniture package to your layout rather than use the same selection for every apartment. In the open plan living space, we arrange seating and dining furniture to keep the outlook towards the sea, gardens or pool clear, and plan the terrace as a usable part of the home. We handle sourcing and buying, delivery, assembly and installation, with key holding so you do not need to be there for each visit. If you intend to let your La Línea home, our rental ready setup includes linens and kitchenware as well as the furniture.
