Furnishing a home at ÓLEO
We would start planning around three months before your confirmed handover date in Q2 2028. Your furniture package would suit your two or three bedroom layout, with furniture sized to keep the open plan living space comfortable and routes to the terrace clear. For terraces ranging from 26 to 102 square metres, we would plan outdoor seating and dining around the space you actually have and how you want to use it. We handle interior design, sourcing and buying, delivery, assembly and installation, with key holding so work can continue while you are abroad. If you intend to let your home in Carvajal, our rental ready setup includes linens and kitchenware, alongside the furniture.
