We design a furniture package around your layout, keeping the 96 to 102 square metres of built space comfortable without overcrowding it. Terraces range from 57 to 106 square metres, so we plan outdoor dining and seating for your particular space, with sun exposure in mind where there is an upper solarium. We handle sourcing and buying, delivery, assembly and installation, with key holding so you do not need to be in Mijas for each visit. If you plan to let the apartment, our rental ready setup includes linens for each bedroom, towels for both bathrooms and kitchenware for the fitted kitchen.

- We would begin the design and furniture plan around three months before your confirmed key date. Sourcing can then be coordinated with supplier lead times, while delivery and installation are arranged around access to your home.
