Furnishing a home at MORASOL - BUILIDING 1
We would start planning about three months before your confirmed handover date in Q4 2028. Your furniture package would follow your actual two or three bedroom layout, with an interior design and furniture plan that gives each room a clear purpose. With terraces ranging from 20 to 90 square metres, we would choose outdoor furniture to suit your space and keep routes from the living area clear. We handle sourcing and buying, delivery, assembly and installation, with key holding while you are abroad. If you intend to let your Manilva home, our rental ready setup includes linens and kitchenware as well as the main furniture.

- How would you furnish my terrace at Morasol Building 1?
- We would work from your terrace measurements rather than assume every home needs the same outdoor set. A smaller terrace may suit one main dining or seating area, while a larger one could accommodate both, arranged with the sea views in mind.
