Furnishing a home at Malaga Centrum
We would start around three months before your confirmed handover date, with interior design and a furniture plan shaped around your apartment’s layout. Your furniture package would bring the living and dining areas together, complement the fitted Modulnova kitchen and leave clear routes through the open plan space. We source and buy the furniture, including suitably sized pieces for the balcony of around six square metres, then organise delivery, assembly and installation. With key holding, we can manage access while you are abroad. If you plan to rent the apartment out, our rental ready setup includes linens for both bedrooms, towels for the two bathrooms and kitchenware.

- How much furniture should we put on the balcony at Malaga Centrum?
- With around six square metres to work with, we would keep the balcony furniture compact and choose it around how you want to use the space. We plan the layout to leave room for access rather than filling every corner.
- Can the two bedrooms work for both our own stays and rental guests?
- We can plan the beds and storage around who will stay most often, checking each room’s dimensions before choosing furniture. For rental use, we also arrange the linens, towels and kitchenware so the apartment is ready for guests.
- What can be arranged before the Q4 2027 handover?
- We would begin around three months before your confirmed key date, working on the design, furniture selections and purchasing. Delivery and installation would be coordinated around access once the keys are available.
