For your three or four bedroom penthouse, we build a furniture package around how many people will stay and how you want each bedroom to work. The 38 to 44 square metre terrace needs its own furniture plan, with seating and dining arranged to make use of the sea views without crowding the space. We handle interior design, sourcing and buying, then coordinate delivery, assembly and installation. With handover planned for Q2 2027, we would start about three months before your confirmed key date. Key holding lets us manage access while you are abroad, and our rental ready setup includes linens and kitchenware if you plan to welcome guests.
Questions owners ask us
- How would you furnish my 38 to 44 square metre terrace?
- We would plan dining and seating around the terrace layout, access from indoors and sea views. Your penthouse's east or west orientation would also guide how we arrange the space for the times of day you expect to use it.
- Can the three or four bedrooms work for family stays as well as rentals?
- Yes. We would agree the sleeping arrangements and storage room by room, balancing your family's needs with the number of guests you intend to host. If you will rent it out, we can include linens and kitchenware in the setup.
