Furnishing a home at Luxy Sancha
We shape your furniture package around your actual floor plan, from a compact one bedroom apartment to a larger three bedroom home. Our interior design and furniture plan considers the scale of the high ceilings while keeping furniture clear of views and everyday routes through the rooms. We handle sourcing and buying, followed by delivery, assembly and installation. If you are away, our key holding service lets us manage access for the furnishing work without you needing to travel. For rental ready setup, we include linens and kitchenware suited to the number of bedrooms and how you intend to use the apartment. We would usually start planning about three months before your key handover.

- For a home at the smaller end of the 42 to 110 square metre range, we would check furniture dimensions against the floor plan before buying. The aim is to fit the essentials and useful storage without crowding the living space.
- Can you plan the furniture around my sea view?
- Yes. If your apartment has a sea view, we would arrange seating to make use of it and check that taller furniture does not obstruct it.
- Can you prepare a three bedroom apartment at Luxy Sancha for both family stays and rentals?
- We can plan the bedrooms and shared spaces around both uses, with practical furniture and storage for your own belongings. We also organise linens and kitchenware as part of the rental ready setup.
