If you have bought at Horizonte Village, The Residences in Mijas, your next job is getting your home designed, furnished and ready for handover in Q1 2028. We can plan the inside and the terrace together, so both work for your own stays, guests or rental use.
Furnishing a home at Horizonte Village - The Residences
We would start around three months before your confirmed handover, with an interior design and furniture plan for your particular two or three bedroom home. Your furniture package would take account of the layout, terrace size and sea or mountain outlook, rather than simply filling each room. With terraces ranging from 42 to 155 square metres, we would plan outdoor seating and dining around how you expect to use yours. We handle sourcing and buying, delivery, assembly and installation, with key holding so you do not need to be there for each visit. If you intend to rent out your Mijas home, we can complete the rental ready setup down to linens and kitchenware.
Questions owners ask us
- How would you furnish one of the larger terraces at The Residences?
- We would plan separate places for dining and relaxing where the layout allows, keeping access from the apartment clear. The amount of furniture would depend on your terrace and how many people you want to seat, not just its square metres.
- Will the sea or mountain outlook affect my furniture plan?
- Yes. We would arrange seating to make use of your outlook and consider the morning or afternoon light when choosing finishes and window coverings.
- Can we have everything planned before the Q1 2028 handover?
